I find this place to be questionable when it comes to their repairs and parts they use, which are only warranted for 12 months or 12,000 miles. In March 2024, our AC went out and they replaced new compressor and clutch. In June 2025, the AC went out again on the same vehicle and we took it back to them. Warranty had recently expired and the work required an AC COMPRESSOR KIT WITH CONDENS. Now for the third year in a row, our AC is out yet again on the same vehicle, just outside of the warranty period. AGAIN. My wife was told earlier that our service ticket could not be found due to a system change that took effect early this year. They want us to take the vehicle back to them to “look at it” but we no longer have any confidence in them.
